*20  Observed the facility to be engaged in food operations without having a properly mixed sanitizer solution available in coffee shop. Provide for a properly mixed sanitizer solution to be available during all food preparation/service hours. (750.830) Coffee shop was closing but employee instructed to always have a sanitizer set up during all operating hours. Immediate/Onsite
Observed the following food products to have improper/no labeling information: 1) various previously cooked then cooled foods in walk in freezer not properly labeled. Provide for all foods to have proper labeling information such as item name, use by date and time cooling began. (750.120) Please label properly or food will be discarded on next inspection. Observed no thermometer to be available in the following units: 1) small cooler in coffee shop, 2) frig/freezer combo in coffee shop. Provide for an accurate, conspicuous thermometer, that is accurate within +/- 3°F, to be available in all units holding potentially hazardous foods. (750.140) Next Inspection
Observed the following food products to be improperly stored: 1) food not covered properly in walk in freezer, 2) food on floor in walk in freezer and candy storage room. Provide for all food products to be stored at least six inches off of the floor. (750.130) Next Inspection
